Our Policies

Placing Orders

Please email the list of cabinet dimensions, professional drawings or plans to inquiries@casadecornj.com to ensure the accurate ordering of your cabinets. You will receive an estimate and acknowledgement for your review. Please sign the acknowledgment sheet to confirm the order and then email back to us. Final order will not be processed until the signed acknowledgement  and a 50% deposit are received. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a final invoice with the details and an estimated ship date.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees will vary depending on delivery destination and will be identified on your estimate. We use third party services for all product deliveries and fees will be determined when we decide which method of shipping is the best for the order. All boxes are placed at the first point of entry at the delivery destination.

At Casa Décor NJ we never take customer service lightly. Our goal is to make your buying process as easy as it can possibly be. We understand that when you decide to remodel your kitchen, bathroom, or any room for that matter, there are many questions that need to be answered.

With that in mind please see below a description of our Policies:

Assembled Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets
Assembled Kitchen and & Bathroom cabinets cannot be returned for any reason due to our manufacturer’s policies. For that reason, it is important to check all measurements prior to ordering to ensure you are ordering the correct pieces. If an assembled item is damaged, it will be replaced for the same item only.

Cancellations – All cancellations must be emailed within 48 hours of the purchase to casadecornj@gmail.com. Because of our turnaround time for deliveries, all orders cancelled during this period will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee on the order.

*Please note that any order that has left the warehouse cannot be canceled for any reason.

*Please also note original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damages/Missing Items
Every effort is made to ensure that your items arrive undamaged. Unfortunately, on occasion there are conditions beyond our control that can cause damage during shipping. Upon delivery of your cabinets please indicate on the driver’s Bill of Lading any missing or visibly damaged items from your order.
• If an item is missing on delivery, you must indicate this on the freight company’s bill of lading in order to process a claim. Missing item claims will not be honored if the specific missing item(s) was not indicated on the bill of lading at the time of the delivery.
• At the time of delivery if you notice any visible damage or you suspect that there might be concealed damaged, document the damage on the freight company’s bill of lading.
• If any problems were indicated on the bill of lading, please contact us at inquiries@casadecornj.com to inform of us of the problem. All claims must be made within 2 days of the delivery or they will not be honored.
• Casa Décor NJ is only responsible for providing replacement parts/items, we will not be able to reimburse any additional labor costs incurred by the customer to repair or replace damaged items.
• We will work with the manufacturer to provide replacements as quickly possible.
• Casa Décor NJ is not responsible for damages that occur during installation.

Limited Warranty 

Our manufacturer warrants its cabinetry to be free of manufacture defects for 5 years from the date of purchase for stained cabinets. All painted cabinets are limited to a 3 year warranty. This warranty applies to domestic use only, used in residential, and is non-transferable, and proof of purchase is required.
This warranty does not cover products that have been misused, mishandled, abused, improperly stored or installed, modified or subject to an excesses of moisture or extreme temperatures, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear. The product must be used exclusively for its intended purpose in order to be covered by this warranty.
Warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal, or transportation of the defective product, regardless of whether the work was done by a contractor or a homeowner.
Casa Décor NJ reserves the right to alter design, specifications, and material without obligation to make similar changes to products previously manufactured.
The replacements are contingent upon the current product offerings of style and construction options within the 21st Century Cabinetry product at the time of the warranty claim. If a warranty claim is filed for a discontinued or unavailable item,  Casa Décor NJ will replace the parts under warranty with a new part of the same style or with a similar style currently offered. Some replacement parts are subject to availability, and may differ from those originally supplied. Casa Décor NJ cannot be held responsible for replacement products that may not exactly match installed product.
Warranty claims cannot be made directly to 21st Century Cabinetry by the consumer purchaser. All consumers must contact their dealers or distributors where they purchased from. To submit a warranty claim, the original consumer purchaser must contact the 21st Century Cabinetry dealer or distributor where the product was originally purchased. Please submit your claim in writing with a proof of purchase to:

Please do not send the defective item unless the item is requested by our claims department, pictures of the item may be requested.
This warranty is the exclusive warranty of 21st Century Cabinetry and is in Lieu of 21st Century Cabinetry disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
